I spent the morning showing several classes at a school how to give directions and receive directions. It was such fun. One student had a paper bag over their head and a flyswatter in one hand. Another student guided that one to a place in the room where there was a desktop bell to ring. The 'baghead' had to swat the bell with the flyswatter once they arrived at the location with 'careful' directions given by the guide.
Such giggles and laughter by everyone.
I also taught the concept at the professional development session I taught in the afternoon. I had placed the bell on one of the participant's head while another participant guided yet another to the bell. The fine tuning of directions, with extra coaching of 'gently' were amusing to the entire assembly.
