Wholes Need to be Repaired

Do you see the problem with that title?  If not, and English is not your first language, then you are safe. If you are upper management with a company that provides English learning, then there is a big problem.  Should I ask if the partials will be repaired at the same time?

The message was sent to us regarding our website that has never functioned since we returned to work. Kind of the same scenario with the last website we used last year.  Oh well, the spelling that comes in these e-mails keep a smile on my face.  The next one always outdoes the last.
